Fundi i një epoke! “Emily in Paris” mbyllet pas 6 sezonesh

Fansat e Emily in Paris do të duhet t’i thonë lamtumirë një prej serialeve më të suksesshme romantike të viteve të fundit.

Netflix njoftoi zyrtarisht se sezoni i gjashtë i serialit do të jetë edhe i fundit. Lajmi u bë publik të enjten, ndërsa xhirimet për sezonin final kanë nisur tashmë në Greqi.

Krijuesi i serialit, Darren Star, e quajti eksperiencën “udhëtimi i jetës”.

“Të realizosh ‘Emily in Paris’ me këtë kast dhe ekip ka qenë një eksperiencë e jashtëzakonshme. Ndërsa nisim sezonin final, jam shumë mirënjohës ndaj Netflix, Paramount dhe mbi të gjitha ndaj fansave që kanë qenë pjesë e këtij rrugëtimi me ne”, u shpreh ai.

Lajmi u shoqërua edhe me foto nga prapaskenat dhe një video të publikuar në rrjetet sociale nga vetë Lily Collins, e cila luan personazhin kryesor Emily Cooper.

“Pas gjashtë vitesh të paharrueshme duke luajtur Emily-n, dua t’ju tregoj se sezoni i ardhshëm do të jetë i fundit”, tha aktorja në video.

Ajo premtoi se sezoni i gjashtë do të sjellë gjithçka që fansat duan nga seriali dhe do të jetë “kapitulli final i aventurës së Emily-t”.

“I gjithë ekipi po jep maksimumin për ta bërë këtë një sezon lamtumire të paharrueshëm. Jemi jashtëzakonisht mirënjohës dhe ju duam shumë. À bientôt!”, shtoi Collins.

Sezoni final do të xhirohet në Greqi dhe Monaco

Netflix kishte konfirmuar më herët se sezoni i gjashtë do të xhirohej në dy destinacione të reja spektakolare: Greqi dhe Monaco.

Seriali u konfirmua për sezonin e gjashtë në janar, pas suksesit të madh të sezonit të pestë.

Në sezonin e kaluar, Emily dukej sikur më në fund po gjente ekuilibrin në Itali, derisa një ide pune shkaktoi probleme të mëdha në jetën e saj personale dhe profesionale.

Emily in Paris debutoi në tetor të vitit 2020 dhe shumë shpejt u kthye në një fenomen global falë kombinimit të romancës, modës luksoze dhe pamjeve ikonike të Parisit.

Përveç Lily Collins dhe Ashley Park, në kast bëjnë pjesë edhe Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie dhe Lucien Laviscount.

Edhe pse fansat do të trishtohen nga fundi i serialit, krijuesit premtojnë se sezoni final do të jetë më emocionues se kurrë më parë.

Fans of Emily in Paris will have to say goodbye to one of the most successful romantic series of recent years.

Netflix officially announced that the sixth season of the series will be its last. The news was made public on Thursday, while filming for the final season has already begun in Greece.

The series' creator, Darren Star, called the experience "the trip of a lifetime."

"Making 'Emily in Paris' with this cast and crew has been an incredible experience. As we begin the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount, and most of all, the fans who have been part of this journey with us," he said.

The news was also accompanied by behind-the-scenes photos and a video posted on social media by Lily Collins herself, who plays the main character Emily Cooper.

"After six unforgettable years playing Emily, I want to tell you that next season will be my last," the actress said in the video.

She promised that season six will deliver everything fans want from the series and will be "the final chapter of Emily's adventure."

“The entire team is giving their all to make this a memorable farewell season. We are incredibly grateful and love you all. À bientôt! ” added Collins.

The final season will be filmed in Greece and Monaco.

Netflix had previously confirmed that season six would be filmed in two spectacular new destinations: Greece and Monaco.

The series was confirmed for a sixth season in January, following the huge success of the fifth season.

Last season, Emily seemed like she was finally finding balance in Italy, until a work idea caused major problems in her personal and professional life.

Emily in Paris debuted in October 2020 and quickly became a global phenomenon thanks to its combination of romance, luxury fashion, and iconic Parisian sights.

In addition to Lily Collins and Ashley Park, the cast also includes Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie and Lucien Laviscount.

Although fans will be saddened by the end of the series, the creators promise that the final season will be more exciting than ever before.
