Çdo brez ka librat e tij. Por ka disa që nuk i përkasin asnjë brezi, sepse nuk ikin kurrë.

Sipas lexuesve të Goodreads, një prej tyre është zyrtarisht në vendin e parë. Goodreads është një nga platformat më të mëdha në botë për libra, ku miliona lexues japin vlerësime, komente dhe krijojnë lista të bazuara në preferencat e tyre.

Në listën e romaneve më të mira të të gjitha kohërave në këtë platformë, vendin e parë e mban "Krenari dhe paragjykim” nga Jane Austen. Një histori që është shkruar në vitin 1813 dhe, megjithatë, vazhdon të lexohet sikur është publikuar dje.

Every generation has its books. But there are some that belong to no generation, because they never go away.

According to Goodreads readers, one of them is officially in first place. Goodreads is one of the world's largest book review platforms, where millions of readers provide ratings, comments, and create lists based on their preferences.

In the list of the best novels of all time on this platform, the first place is held by "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen. A story that was written in 1813 and, yet, continues to be read as if it was published yesterday.

At its center is Elizabeth Bennet, one of the most beloved characters in literature, intelligent, ironic and independent, who tries to find her place between social expectations, family and a not-so-simple relationship with Mr. Darcy. She recognizes her own worth and refuses to be a victim of compromise. Two characters who confront themselves, with prejudices and with the way they see each other.

Of course, this ranking reflects the votes and preferences of Goodreads users and in no way excludes the fact that literature has many other masterpieces that may be equally, or even more, important to many.
